You might be shocked to find that the following bit is close to 4 years old.

CITY COUNCIL ACTION
City Council resolutions are being worked on now with over 90 cities having passed them. If your city has not already passed a resolution this initiative can be an invaluable tool in organizing the popular sentiments for a peaceful solution to the crisis. So, chop chop, you’re going to have to be faster than that to stay ahead of the Communist Party USA.

I’m not a Commie hater!

You might want to jump to the conclusion that I am a commie hating type. I’m not. I am mostly against anyone not being upfront and candid about who they are, what they want and who supports them. I have respect for the way that the Communist Party USA comes right out and says what they believe. I would have more respect for these “local” peace groups if they would come out of the closet.

Our founding fathers may not have anticipated a global economy, but they did anticipate the potential need for a peaceful and legal way to change government. That peaceful and legal way is our legislative process. The process that many of these groups refuse to follow.

It might be time for the US to convert to communism, who knows? But I would encourage peace groups to get things started on the right foot by being honest.
