The Bellingham Herald / Local / Bob Ryan heads ’07 City Council
Bob Ryan was elected 2007 president of the Bellingham City Council Monday on a 4-3 vote.
Bob Ryan was the only council member who seemed to know his job when the rest of the council was supporting a troops home resolution.
I’ll take any bit of good news as good news.
